Dynalloy Industries' Crushed Tungsten Carbide is screened to meet a variety of different specifications and sizing requirements. The most common use for crushed Tungsten Carbide is hardfacing applications on components such as mining teeth, hammer mill blades and tub grinder tips. Additional applications include components for grinding, shredding, sawing, gripping and mixing.
STANDARD CRUSHED TUNGSTEN CARBIDE
These multi-angular particles provide a medium concentration of Tungsten Carbide in the deposit. Use with severe abrasion. Abrasion accompanied by third party fine particle erosion, will need a wide particle size distribution to increase packing density and facilitate some dilution. Mesh sizes from 1/4” down to –325.
